Updated August 2026.
Tokens, texts, HTML, URLs, expressions, SQL, regex samples, curl commands, diffs, Base64 inputs and GUIDs you generate or paste are processed only in your browser with client-side JavaScript. We do not upload those tool inputs to DevsDrill application servers, and we do not build user accounts around the content of your pastes. Closing the tab clears the in-page state unless your browser restores form fields locally.
We use Google AdSense to help fund hosting. AdSense and Google may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies and may collect data such as IP address, user agent and pages visited according to Google advertising and privacy policies. You can manage ad personalization in your Google account settings and control cookies in your browser. Ads are separate from tool processing: pasted secrets are not intentionally sent to DevsDrill as part of encoding, decoding or formatting.
The hosting provider and standard web infrastructure may log technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent. These logs support security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic understanding. They are ordinary web server logs, not copies of the JWT payloads or SQL text you type into a tool panel.
Beyond advertising cookies that Google may set, DevsDrill may use browser localStorage for preferences such as the EN/PT language choice so the UI stays consistent across pages. You can clear site data in your browser at any time. We do not use tool inputs as analytics events.
Third parties involved in delivering the site may include the hosting provider, Google Fonts or similar font delivery, Google AdSense, and payment processors if you choose to donate via PayPal. Those services process data under their own policies. Sister links such as JSON Quiet are separate sites; follow their privacy notices when you leave DevsDrill.
You can use the tools without creating an account. You can block or limit cookies in the browser, use private browsing, or disable JavaScript (tools will not run without it).
